Pattaya, Chonburi, Thailand, 3rd Apr 2025 - Heiner Moessing a long time business person based in Pattaya who has re-invented himself several times in his career has started a new venture and starting from scratch. Back in the 1980s when he started marketing the work he did involved magazines and newspapers, now it is internet and social media. It is easier and less expensive to reach lots of people, however this can be a double edged sword – other people can do it as well with little investment. He wanted to test himself and start again just to see if entrepreneurialism is truly about your 'net worth' like they say.
He started Siam Properties in 2000 which became one of the main Realtors in Pattaya, as he was looking for a new challenge, and for over 24 years. He believed his success came from trying to see things from the buyer's point of view, to weigh up their lifestyle and match what he knew about Pattaya to find them what they really needed. He also put the growth of the business down to the fact he always made himself indispensable, and always picked up the phone."
In 2024 Heiner left Siam Properties to his son who graduated from Ramkhamheang University with a Masters in Law, and his wife Zine. Heiner set up the new business Pattaya Real Estate Co Ltd (P.R.E.) in 2024 with his business Partner Julie offering a fully comprehensive Pattaya Real estate service for people looking to live in Pattaya.
